My relationship with Texas Land and Property began in 2017. I was immediately impressed with their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond in order to "close the deal". Since then both Lisa Marie and Erik have found numerous Tenants for my rental properties. In addition to their repeated success in the rental market they were instrumental in listing and selling my home in Houston, Texas.

We found our dream home thanks to Lisa Marie Christensen! We shared our wish list with her, and with her extensive knowledge of the South Central Texas area and her experienced background, she found us our perfect home in a highly sought after development. Barbara was very helpful in searching for the land that we were planning on buying for our future dream house in Seguin, Texas. She kept us informed about properties matching our criteria and showed us several properties. We finally decided on putting in an offer and now we have our 3.5 acres outside the city limits.
