At Texas Land & Property, we offer agent sponsorships throughout Texas with a competitive commission structure. Our standard arrangement provides agents with a 90% commission at closing, while the remaining 10% goes to the brokerage. However, for those interested in joining a team, the commission structure may vary depending on the team leader.
